Cancelling a Single One-time Order:

We all change our minds occasionally. As long as an order has not been assigned a tracking number, we are happy to cancel an order. Note: Once a tracking number has been assigned, an order can not be cancelled.

To cancel an order, contact us via email or phone to indicate your wish to cancel. You must receive our acknowledgement to confirm we have cancelled the order. In the event your request to cancel is not acknowledged and is shipped, there will be a 50% restocking fee should you wish to return the order. Original outbound shipping fees are not refundable. You will be responsible for shipping fees to return the order to our North Carolina warehouse.

Cancelling an Auto-Ship Order:

You are sent an email reminder 5 days prior to all Auto-Ships being packed and shipped. This reminder provides time for you to make any adjustments or cancellations. You are responsible for the accuracy of your auto-ship details. In the event you turn off your Auto-Ship and do not click SAVE, any request for refund once the Auto-Ship order has been assigned a tracking number and shipped will be subject to a 50% restocking fee, plus return shipment fees. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.


Out of Stock Items on Auto-Ship:

As our product offerings are updated during the year, your Auto-Ship may include items that are no longer available. In this case your packing slip will indicate the item is out of stock or discontinued, and the price of the item will be refunded. It is up to you to update your Auto-Ship product choices based on this notice.
